Shrink sleeves

A shrink sleeve wraps the whole container and conforms to its shape under heat. It is the answer when the container is an awkward shape, or when you want decoration with no visible label edge at all.

How it works

The sleeve is printed on a heat-sensitive film, seamed into a tube and slipped over the container, then passed through a heat tunnel where it shrinks tight to the contours. Artwork has to be distorted in advance so it lands correctly after shrink.
