How we handle personal information.

What this website collects

This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and has no login. Nothing you enter into the label selector or the quote builder is transmitted anywhere — those tools run entirely in your browser, and details are only sent if you choose to open the prefilled email or WhatsApp message yourself.

Information you send us

When you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, contact details, company and the technical details of your enquiry, along with any artwork you attach. We use that information to prepare a quotation, produce your order and keep in touch about the work.

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as we need them to service the relationship and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we share it only where a supplier or courier needs it to complete your job.

Your rights under POPIA

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we are using it, or complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Third-party content

Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, so your browser requests those files from Google and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. The Google Maps link in our footer opens Google's own website, which applies its own privacy terms.

Changes

If we add forms, analytics or online ordering to this website, this notice will be updated before those features go live.
