Barcode labels
A barcode that will not scan is a barcode that costs money at every till and every goods-in bay. We print to GS1 at 100% with no truncation, and we can generate and verify the code as well as print it.
How it works
Barcode reliability comes down to size, contrast and ink behaviour. We hold the symbol at full specified size, keep the quiet zones clear, and never print bars in red — red is invisible to most scanners and is the most common cause of failure.
-
Retail scanning
Any product going through a till needs a verified symbol.
-
Warehouse and logistics
Goods-in and stock control depend on first-time reads.
-
Variable data
Serialised or batch-coded barcodes unique to each unit.
-
Verification required
Where a retailer demands a graded scan report.
